Cath graduated from Northampton University with a degree in Applied Animal Studies before joining Westpoint, where she worked for four years. Her husband is a beef farmer and contractor, and she helps out with the family business, with their flock of North Country mules keeping her busy! 

She enjoys competing with her three dogs and two horses and keeping fit, at the gym and running half marathons.
